By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Intepaintz.
Competition starts at 12:00am on April 2, 2024, and ends at midnight on April 16, 2024 Australian Eastern Standard Time – AEST (UTC+10:00).
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Paint Place Moss Vale and Intepaintz employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of ONE entry per person and the competition is based on the first 10 stores to place AND pay for a Cosmos Lac aerosol package BEFORE the competition end date of April 16th, 2024. The winning prizes will be:
1st Prize
Valued at $2449 Per Person NOT including flights.
2nd Prize
20% off all orders over $1000.00 for Cosmos Lac up until EOFY – June 30, 2024. (Based on standard pricing guide, NOT promotional package guide)
3rd Prize
10% off all orders over $800.00 for Cosmos Lac up until EOFY – June 30, 2024. (Based on standard pricing guide, NOT promotional package guide)
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Intepaintz’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address and/or telephone numbers provided on 20th April 2024
Intepaintz will make two attempts to contact the winners via telephone and email.
If the winners do not not respond to the calls and emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Intepaintz reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
The winners will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Intepaintz for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing grant@intepaintz.com.au OR amanda@intepaintz.com.au.
If requested by Intepaintz, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.
The winner’s first name and state of residence will be announced on Intepaintz website and called via telephone.
Intepaintz accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by Intepaintz for any reason. Intepaintz is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.
Intepaintz accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
Unless otherwise stated, any travel prize does not include travel insurance, travel documents, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, transfers, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature.
Compliance with any health, travel insurance, passport or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with this will deem the winner’s entry invalid and the entrant will forfeit the prize.
Intepaintz makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist as part of the travel or at the destination.
Neither Paint Place Moss Vale nor the voucher provider is liable for any voucher that has been stolen, forged, lost, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
Intepaintz reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
Travel specifics such as accommodation, and prebooked activities is subject to change at any time based on availability and flight dates.
Travel for first prize must be booked within 2024.
The winner of the travel prize can only depart from Sydney or Brisbane International Airports.
Second and third prizes run until June 30th 2024 only.
The winner of the travel prize has 7 days from the date of being notified to let Intepaintz know of their intended travel dates within 2024, so appropriate bookings can be made on their behalf.
The 2nd and 3rd prizes are based on the standard pricing guide and NOT the current promotional pricing.
The 2nd and 3rd prizes will only run until EOFY 2024 aka June 30th 2024.
Unless otherwise stated, any travel prize does not include travel insurance, travel documents, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, transfers, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health, travel insurance, passport or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner. The Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner and, if applicable, their companion must travel together on all prize travel. Intepaintz is not responsible for any cancellation on the recipients end for whatever reason.
